Leslie Herrera, founder and owner of Reading Remedy Tutor, created this tutoring company to address the specific needs of students who struggle with reading. As an educator she was frustrated with the inability of the public school system to address the needs of the chronically challenged reader.
After researching different methods designed to help struggling readers and individuals diagnosed with dyslexia, she embarked on training in the Wilson Reading System. Reading is her passion. Her mission is to help one child at a time find success in reading.
